CINDY MARCY has over twenty years of consumer marketing experience. She launched Marcy & Partners in 1990 and has conducted thousands of focus groups, triads/dyads and in-depth interviews across a wide range of targets and topics.

Before consulting, Cindy had a successful career in senior-level line marketing and new product development assignments at Sara Lee (Director of Breakfast, Desserts & New Products) and was a Brand Manager and Business Analyst at Borden, Inc.
Cindy graduated Ohio State University with a B.A. in a Social Sciences Interdisciplinary Honors program, Phi Beta Kappa, and received an MBA from OSU. She has extensive training in group dynamics, consumer psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and creative projective and facilitation techniques.

On a personal note . . .Cindy’s teenage daughter Brooke and giant puppy Nick are non-stop fun or challenging, depending on the day. Her other interests include music, art skiing and community development. Cindy helps support Blue Sky Bridge (a child advocacy referral agency), Community Food
Share, The Boulder Valley Humane Society and Colorado Youth Program.


JEANIE MOORE
has been in the qualitative research industry since 1982, originally with Leslie Westbrook and Associates where she handled project management, traveled with Leslie, wrote reports, managed the operations side of the company, and generally learned qualitative research by being immersed in all aspects of the industry. In 1992, she established Qualitative Research Management, and has partnered with many of the same professional researchers for nearly 25 years. Throughout these experiences, she has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a variety of industries.

When she is not busy juggling project details, Jean loves to cook, work with her husband, Rick, in their perennial gardens, work out, and travel.

HEATHER FREY Heather Frey joined Qualitative Research Management in 1999. She has successfully mastered all aspects of the business with great skill and proficiency. She is very organized and detail-oriented and has the ability to prioritize and balance all the multi facets of project management. She has excellent computer skills and superior relationship-building abilities with clients and facilities. She is a scheduling pro, and loves to calculate bids. 

Heather lives with her husband, Aaron, and 2 dogs, Sadie and Dartanian. In her spare time, she likes to run and read.
